Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Respond to call lights to provide assistance to residents.
  • Administer medications to residents as ordered by healthcare professionals.
  • Perform laundry services for residents' personal items.
  • Clean common areas and public restrooms.
  • File resident paperwork in resident charts.
  • Assist residents with getting ready for bed and waking up in the morning.
  • Accompany residents to the bathroom.
  • Operate office equipment, including phones, fax machines, computers, and copiers.
  • Exhibit a friendly and helpful attitude towards residents and colleagues.
