Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing the Pharmacy Technician Support Staff
  • Ensure patient safety and quality care through adherence to regulatory requirements and professional practice standards
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the pharmacy, including inventory, financials, and personnel
  • Develop and implement patient care programs to promote healthy outcomes and differentiate CVS from competitors
  • Lead with heart, motivating and inspiring your team to achieve exceptional results
Requirements
  • Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment
  • Immunization Certification through an accredited organization
  • Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
