Job Responsibilities

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investment and Insurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • This role involves consulting on investment and insurance strategies, developing comprehensive financial plans for clients, and growing and retaining an investment and insurance book of business.
  • The successful candidate will own the client experience, efficiently handling sales and service tasks, and apply product and procedural knowledge to solve client problems effectively.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in client relationship building, with the ability to grow client loyalty and share of wallet by providing an exceptional client experience.
  • This position requires developing and implementing investment and insurance strategies for clients, determining the best products to support these strategies, and presenting sound financial recommendations and guidance to clients.

Requirements

  • Candidate must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role, including client prospecting, client relationship building, credit risk analysis, customer engagement, financial analysis, financial modeling, investment banking, public speaking, relationship building, and relationship management.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong coaching skills, customer experience management abilities, customer retention expertise, effective communication skills, interpersonal relationships skills, and managing multiple priorities expertise.
  • A university or college degree with less than 1 year of professional experience, or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
  • Candidates must hold FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63,65) certifications, as well as Life and Health Insurance licenses.
