Warehouse Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join our team at BlackHawk Industrial Operating Co. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery and pick-up of customer products, as well as assisting with general warehouse duties.

• Deliver and Pick-up Customer Products: Safely and efficiently transport customer products to and from our warehouse, ensuring timely delivery and pick-up.
• Warehouse Operations: Assist with general warehouse duties, including receiving and verifying incoming shipments, sorting and staging product, and putting away stock.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with customers, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures, and reporting any safety concerns or incidents.

• Education: High school diploma required; 1-3 years of experience preferred.
• Skills: Proficient in knowledge of routes, strong customer service skills, excellent time management skills, and ability to communicate effectively.
• Licenses and Certifications: Valid driver's license required.
