Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, coordinating food and kitchenware orders, ensuring freshness and quality of ingredients, assisting in menu development, standardizing recipes and plate presentations, and collaborating with management to create exceptional guest experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess strong confidence working with diverse teams, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Previous experience as a Sous Chef or similar position is essential, along with a proven track record of managing labor and food costs effectively. Relocatability within the US, particularly to key areas such as Hawaii, Florida, Boston, and Nashville, is a significant advantage.
