About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Consulate Health Care. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily maintenance services with nursing services to ensure resident comfort and convenience.
  • Assist with repairs, preventative maintenance, refurbishing projects, and furniture/equipment moving.
  • Maintain the facility grounds and ensure that the facility and its equipment are properly maintained.
  • Assist with safety inspections, tests, and drills as requested.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two years' experience as a building trade helper, apprentice, or equivalent preferred.
