Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a well-organized stockroom and sales floor, ensuring efficient merchandise flow.
  • Inspect and correct pricing errors on merchandise.
  • Organize and maintain the stockroom to company standards, adhering to inventory management best practices.
  • Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Prepare merchandise for vendor returns, transfers, or customer shipments, adhering to company procedures.
  • Monitor UPS logs and track packages to ensure timely delivery.
  • Arrange hand deliveries and run errands as needed to support store operations.
  • Clean the sales floor and stockroom to maintain a safe and attractive environment.
  • Execute annual store inventory and monthly cycle counts, ensuring accurate stock levels.
  • Provide support to sales staff during peak periods, ensuring excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in retail or stock-related roles.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional experiences.
  • Familiarity with Excel, Word, and Internet applications.
  • Experience with Retail Pro is a plus.
  • Availability to work a minimum of three weekdays per week and one weekend day per week.
