Veterinarian Specialist

Broomall Animal Hospital, a reputable veterinary medical facility located in Pennsylvania, is seeking an experienced veterinarian to join our dynamic team.

• Conduct thorough examinations of companion animals to diagnose and treat diseases or injuries.
• Operate diagnostic equipment, collect samples, and interpret results to provide accurate diagnoses.
• Counsel pet owners on preventative care and treatment options to ensure optimal pet health.
• Perform surgical procedures and prescribe medication as necessary to maintain high-quality patient care.
• Provide empathetic guidance on pet end-of-life care to support pet owners through difficult decisions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.
• Ensure compliance with veterinary ethics and relevant laws, policies, and procedures.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from an accredited AVMA institution.
• Current state licensure and eligibility to obtain DEA/BNDD registration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with staff and clients.
• Demonstrate professional courtesy and presentation at all times.
• Ability to lift patients and carry equipment up to 25 pounds, with assistance for heavier loads.
