We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional II to join our team at Redwood Family Care Network. As a DSP II, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with developmental disabilities in their daily lives, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily routines, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Provide emotional support and advocacy for clients, promoting their autonomy and dignity.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to meet clients' unique needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with other support staff to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; CPR/First Aid, CPI, and DSP 1 & 2 certifications preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illnesses.
  • Valid in-state driver's license and a clean driving record.
