We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Laborer to join our team at Monarch Landscape Companies. As a key member of our commercial landscaping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and integrity of our clients' outdoor spaces.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain job sites as instructed by Foreman, including mowing, raking, weeding, shearing, edging, and hand pruning.
- Operate various equipment, including mowers, power hedge shears, and backpack blowers, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Develop a basic understanding of plant identification and apply hand pruning skills to maintain healthy and visually appealing landscapes.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to company standards.
- Commercial landscape experience preferred, but not required.
- Valid Driver's License issued from the state of employment, preferred but not required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Foreman and team members.
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
- Strong commitment to high-quality work and customer service.
- Ability to complete tasks assigned in a timely manner.
The work environment will involve frequent exposure to outdoor conditions, including varying weather conditions, and occasional exposure to loud noise levels.
