We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Advanced Quality Assurance Intern to join our team at Subaru of America, Inc. in Lafayette, IN.

About the Role:

  • As an Advanced Quality Assurance Intern, you will gain real-world experience in a fast-paced environment working on meaningful projects that contribute to the success of our organization.
  • You will collaborate with professionals to develop skills for a future career in quality assurance or a related field.

Key Highlights:

  • Duration: 1 year, with flexible hours (37.5 hours per week during summer, ~20-25 hours per week during school year)
  • Location: Subaru Yard Operations (SYO), Lafayette, IN
  • Compensation: $20/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Compile and distribute daily/monthly vehicle and accessory quality reports
  • Assist in developing effective charts and reports
  • Collaborate with Accessory Quality Manager on accessory work instructions and videos
  • Review and report vehicle quality with Vehicle Quality Manager
  • Support department process development and review
  • Participate in department meetings
  • Assist with SYO Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) Program
  • Provide training and support for on-site processor and SYO Advanced Quality Assurance team
