About the Role

This LPN supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and managing clinical activities, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with at least one year of experience as an RN or LPN.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise nursing and other clinical staff, including hiring, promotions, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
  • Develop and manage clinic budgets in collaboration with the clinic manager
  • Evaluate and improve clinical care provided by nursing staff
  • Address patient complaints and concerns in a timely manner
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or a multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state
  • BLS certification
  • At least one year of work experience as an RN or LPN, preferably in a physician practice setting
