Capitol Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a skilled Dietary Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation and serving of meals to residents and patients.
  • Manage the dietary staff and ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of our residents and patients.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure that all meals are prepared to the highest standards.

Requirements:

  • Must have dietary and dishwashing experience.
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Prior work experience with food preparation.
  • Serve Safe Cert required.
