Overview:

Baton Rouge Community College is seeking a qualified individual to fill the role of Virtual Mathematics Instructor. This position is designed for those who possess a strong background in mathematics or statistics and are passionate about teaching in an online environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging online instruction in mathematics and statistics.
  • Support students in their learning journey through effective communication and feedback.
  • Maintain current knowledge in the field of mathematics and online teaching methodologies.
  • Collaborate with department faculty to enhance curriculum and instructional strategies.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Master's degree in mathematics, statistics, or a related discipline.
  • At least 18 graduate semester hours in mathematics and/or statistics.

Preferred Qualifications:
