Job Title: Clinical Director

Wealth Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to lead our treatment programs. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical staff, ensuring the highest standard of care, and driving continuous quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and supervise all clinical staff activities, including individual therapy, group therapy, charting, and program delivery.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clinical staff and other departments, ensuring seamless communication and efficient program operation.
  • Collaborate with the Utilization Review Department and participate in administrative decision-making.
  • Organize and provide ongoing professional development for clinical staff, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Monitor staff morale and implement strategies to build team cohesion and ensure a positive, collaborative working environment.
  • Participate in the recruitment, interview, and appraisal process for clinical staff members, ensuring staff performance meets established benchmarks.
  • Ensure all patient documentation is maintained to the highest standard and complies with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead multidisciplinary Clinical Treatment Team meetings to coordinate and improve patient care.
  • Develop and implement performance improvement plans to enhance clinical outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Serve as a direct care provider as needed, conducting individual and group therapy sessions and documenting all therapeutic interactions.
  • Ensure a safe, therapeutic environment for both patients and staff by adhering to infection control guidelines and facility safety protocols.
  • Enforce compliance with facility policies, particularly related to patient privacy and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or a related health field from an accredited institution.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in administrative and management roles, with knowledge of Performance Improvement, JCAHO standards, and familiarity with clinical documentation processes.
  • Licensure/Certification: Valid state licensure or equivalent certification required.
  • Knowledge/Skills: Strong background in psychopathology, diagnostic assessment, and chemical dependency treatment. Proficiency in team management, conflict resolution, and organizational strategy development is crucial.
