Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with caregivers and family members
Requirements
- Valid Nursing License in the State of Maine
- 2+ years of experience in skilled care preferred
- Recent wound care experience
- Current CPR BLS Certification required
