About the Opportunity

University of Minnesota Medical School is seeking a highly qualified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to fill a Clinician Track position within the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.

In this faculty role, you will practice at the Masonic Institute for the Developing Brain (MIDB), working closely with patients and families in the M Health Fairview MIDB Clinic. With a clinical FTE of 0.9, you will have ample opportunities to develop your skills and make a meaningful impact.

You will also participate in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows, as well as contribute to service activities on behalf of the department, medical school, and profession. This includes publications, research, and other scholarly duties such as meetings, grand rounds, and committee work. With an academic FTE of 0.1, you will have the flexibility to pursue your interests and advance your career.

The Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry is committed to advancing and advocating for the mental health of children, adolescents, and families through interdisciplinary collaboration, culturally responsive care, research, and training the next generation of leaders in child and adolescent mental health.

We support faculty involvement in research, clinical advancement, and advocacy at local, national, and international levels.
