Job Summary:The Physician will be responsible for providing comprehensive primary medical care and treatment services to patients, with a focus on prevention of disease and promotion of health. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide care that is culturally sensitive and responsive to the needs of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop treatment plans
- Provide education and counseling to patients on health and wellness
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Graduation from an accredited school of medicine
- One year of residency in a primary care setting
- Possession of a valid license to practice medicine in the State of Oregon
- CPR certification
- Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Experience working in a public health setting
- Knowledge of health equity principles and practices
