We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Cardiac Testing Specialist at TriStar NorthCrest Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate patient care needs, developing and implementing individualized plans of care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer prescribed medications, perform wound care, and monitor vital signs, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and empowering them to take an active role in their care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Tennessee.
- One year of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a cardiac care setting.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within six months of hire.
