Job Title: Building Electrician

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Building Electrician to join our team at C&W Services. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in our commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including distribution and voice data communications infrastructure.
  • Work with engineers, contractors, and consultants to evaluate the proper operation of building systems.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to ensure the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems.
  • Collaborate with other tradesmen and emergency responders to address facility issues.
  • Document all work and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two to five years of experience in commercial building maintenance, with a focus on electrical systems.
  • MA state journeyman's electrical license required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent customer service skills.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in confined spaces.
