Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Youth Golf Coach to join our team at Super Soccer Stars. As a Golf Instructor for Kids, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and educational golf programs to children aged 3-14 years old.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver golf lessons and activities that promote physical activity, social interaction, and cognitive development.
  • Work with children of varying skill levels and abilities, providing individualized attention and support.
  • Develop and maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment that fosters a love of golf and a sense of community.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement program activities, events, and special projects.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and supportive experience for all participants.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children in a coaching or educational setting.
  • Strong knowledge of golf fundamentals and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
