About the Role

Sodexo is seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at Hazard ARH Regional Medical Center, a leading healthcare provider in Kentucky.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nutritional care for a variety of inpatient units, ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction and outcomes.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives, such as patient satisfaction rounds and monthly test trays, to drive excellence in patient care.
  • Educate healthcare team members, including physicians and nurses, on best practices in nutrition and patient care.
  • Precept dietetic interns, providing guidance and mentorship to the next generation of healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Registered Dietitian credentials and licensure in Kentucky (or eligibility).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with physicians, nursing, and ancillary staff.
  • Good time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Self-starter with a team player attitude, able to work collaboratively with others to achieve shared goals.
