About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Rural King. As a key member of our store's small engine repair shop, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the small engine repair shop, including processing work orders, ordering parts, and filing warranty claims.
  • Provide high-quality repair services on all work orders, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Initiate sales and service opportunities on all work orders, driving revenue growth and customer engagement.
  • Ensure the exceptional safety of equipment and tools, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in small engine repair or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive repair principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
