WellSpan Health is seeking a skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our team. As a Clinical Dietitian, you will play a vital role in providing medical nutrition therapy to patients in an inpatient or outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, and monitor all nutrition-related care for patients.
  • Develop and revise individualized nutrition care plans based on patient information and health care team input.
  • Implement and monitor enteral and parenteral nutrition in coordination with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Document all relevant aspects of nutrition care for patients in the electronic medical record.
  • Provide evidence-based counseling to patients and their families on healthy nutrition choices and disease management.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop comprehensive nutrition plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition or a related field from an ACEND-accredited program.
  • 1 year of supervised practice experience or 1 year of on-the-job experience.
  • Registered Dietitian/Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) licensure within 90 days of hire.
  • Licensed Dietitian-Nutritionist (LDN) licensure within 180 days of hire.
