Your expertise will help patients and their families navigate the complexities of mental health and achieve their treatment goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct clinical services to patients, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective treatment outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote healthy coping mechanisms and self-management skills.
  • Participate in treatment team meetings to discuss patient progress and develop strategies for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology, counseling).
  • Current licensure or certification as a therapist (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD).
  • At least 1 year of post-graduate experience in clinical practice, preferably in an outpatient setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong assessment and treatment planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
