Position Overview
Reporting directly to the Director of Revenue Systems and Applications, this role serves as a key individual contributor and subject matter expert in revenue-related systems, applications, and processes.
This position demands a highly driven and seasoned accounting professional with a proven history of success in global revenue operations.
In this capacity, you will:
- Support the global revenue operations team.
- Collaborate with various business functions on diverse projects.
- Lead corporate initiatives aimed at process enhancement.
- Facilitate transformational projects to achieve exemplary results.
This role encompasses a variety of projects and opportunities to refine our accounting processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
The individual in this position will engage closely with Revenue Accounting and Reporting teams, Rebates and Claims teams, as well as IT teams.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting and revenue roles within high-tech or comparable industries.
• Familiarity with revenue and contra revenue transactions involving distributors and OEM customers in the semiconductor sector is advantageous.
• Proficient in advanced Excel skills and possess strong analytical capabilities.
• Experience with Model N, SAP, and Oracle Cloud environments is a plus, including prior systems implementation experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of US GAAP and revenue recognition principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, with a keen attention to detail, a commitment to high quality, and adherence to strict deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Previous experience in overseeing technology implementations and executing process improvements within an organization.
