Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Haven Behavioral Healthcare.

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care and oversight for the provision of care during assigned shifts. You will serve as a resource to the direct care staff, coordinate on-site response to incidents, errors, and sentinel events, and provide support to the DON with hiring, orientation, staffing, staff education, performance improvement, and other activities as assigned.

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed physician or other qualified healthcare professional.
• Oversight for the provision of care during assigned shifts.
• Serve as a resource to the direct care staff.
• Coordinate on-site response to incidents, errors, and sentinel events.
• Provide support to the DON with hiring, orientation, staffing, staff education, performance improvement, and other activities as assigned.

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Inpatient experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
