Tufts Medicine is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in an outpatient setting. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients with a variety of conditions, including arthritis, back and neck pain, injuries, and conditions affecting function and mobility.
Responsibilities:- Evaluate and assess patients' physical status and functional mobility.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to address patients' physical therapy needs.
- Provide evidence-based care to patients, including exercises, manual therapy, and education.
- Document and bill services accurately and efficiently.
- Supervise and mentor students, PTAs, and support staff.
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required; Master's or Doctorate preferred.
- Current Massachusetts Physical Therapy License required.
- 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred, but not required.
- Must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Must be willing and able to work independently and as part of a team.
