About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Receptionist to join our team at Hamilton House Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, visitors, and staff, providing a warm and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Operations: Greet and direct guests, residents, and staff to appropriate areas, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Communication: Answer multiple phone lines in a professional and polite manner, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Administrative Support: Assist with typing, filing, and other administrative tasks, including payroll and accounts payable.
- Business Office Functions: Provide support with administrative tasks, such as mail distribution and personnel files.
Requirements:
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
- Experience: Related administrative experience, preferably in a senior living community or similar setting.
- Skills: Advanced computer skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
