About the Role

We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Logistics Specialist to join our Business Unit in Duisburg. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating container transports using various modes of transportation
  • Serving as the first point of contact for our customers, service providers, and partners in day-to-day operations
  • Tracking and tracing our own orders and reporting to our customers
  • Collaborating closely with internal departments
