Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bellperson to join our team at Davidson Hospitality. As a Bellperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival, making them feel valued and respected.
  • Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring prompt and efficient service, and providing a seamless experience.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions, showcasing your knowledge and expertise.
  • Escort guests to their rooms, explaining the features and facilities, and ensuring they feel comfortable and at ease.
  • Deliver messages, packages, and other items to guest rooms, demonstrating your attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
  • Coordinate transportation arrangements for guests as requested, showcasing your organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Maintain a neat and organized lobby area, reflecting the high standards of Davidson Hospitality.
  • Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs, ensuring a memorable stay and exceeding their expectations.

Requirements:

  • One year prior Guest Services/Bell experience preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Valid CDL license where applicable, demonstrating your ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with local area and attractions, showcasing your knowledge and enthusiasm for the community.
  • Read, write and speak English fluently, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
