We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our team at Housby Mack, Inc. As an Account Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting both our Sales and Operations teams in managing online consignments.
Key Responsibilities- Consignor Support: Serve as a liaison between consignors, sales teams, and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and timely resolution of issues.
- Documentation Management: Maintain and disperse all necessary documentation related to consignor accounts, including contracts and Schedule A's.
- Inventory Preparation: Coordinate the preparation of consigned units for sale, including scheduling inspections and ensuring timely pick-up by buyers.
- Communication: Assist the Sales Team in communicating with consignors regarding the consignment/sales process and timelines.
- Data Management: Submit organized and complete consignment data to the Operations Team in a timely manner and communicate any changes to consignment information.
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot any issues that arise from the consignment of a unit to pick-up of the unit by the buyer post-sale.
- Reporting: Provide comprehensive updates to the Sales Team periodically regarding consignment processing and account issues.
- Client Relations: Maintain a positive working relationship with all Housby affiliated holding facilities/service providers and consignors.
- Experience: Proven account coordinator or other relevant experience highly preferred.
- Skills: Proficient with Excel spreadsheets and Salesforce, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
- Education: Associate or bachelor's degree in a business-related field is highly preferred.
