Position Overview:

This is a distinctive opportunity for Registered Nurses to provide exceptional patient care through both virtual and bedside nursing at MercyOne. In this capacity, RNs will evaluate and manage patient needs by utilizing video conferencing technology for admissions, discharges, and educational interactions within our acute care unit.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate collaboration and communication to ensure the highest quality of care through digital platforms that support daily care management.

- Oversee the assessment, planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation of the patient's care plan from the point of admission to discharge.

Work Schedule:

- .6 FTE, 7 PM to 7 AM

- Every third weekend

Minimum Qualifications:

- Active Iowa RN license

- BSN is preferred

- A minimum of 8 years of nursing experience is required
