Job Title: Commercial Cleaner

Hired LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to provide high-quality cleaning services in professional environments. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming spaces for clients and employees.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain facilities, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
  • Sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and high-touch areas to ensure hygiene and safety standards.
  • Empty trash and recycling bins, ensuring proper disposal.
  • Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and tissues as needed.
  • Follow specific cleaning procedures tailored to the needs of the facility.
  • Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and carpet cleaners.
  • Report maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor promptly.

Requirements:
  • Able to pass a background check, drug test, and FBI clearance.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • Prior cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not necessary.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
