Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and assembly instructions to correctly assemble components
  • Use hand tools, soldering irons, and other equipment to solder, crimp, and connect wires and components
  • Test and inspect finished products to ensure they are functioning correctly and are free from defects
  • Identify and report any issues or defects in products or equipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Assist in preparing products for shipment, including packaging and labeling
  • Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and product quality
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in wire and cable assembly preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and assembly instructions
