Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our Front Desk team at VFit Group. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for representing our brand to potential clients, bringing in new prospects and members, and closing sales. You will also focus on retaining current members by providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing
  • Conduct tours of the studio, establishing relationships with prospective members and targeting their needs and wants
  • Maintain a high level of personal sales production
  • Emphasize and enforce the objectives of the studio as a fitness and wellness provider
  • Present available services to current or prospective members
  • Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quotas
  • Participate in special events to promote the club
  • Assume responsibility for developing selling skills
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
  • Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
  • Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
  • Hearing sufficient to understand conversations, both in person and on the telephone
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively to clients and colleagues
  • Ability to have excellent public speaking skills
  • Ability to have proficient computer skills
  • Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and access to reliable transportation
