Lucent Group is seeking skilled Cooks for a long-term care nursing facility. We welcome experienced individuals who are passionate about providing quality meals to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare meals according to standardized recipes, ensuring consistent quality and taste.
- Serve meals or prepare them for delivery, adhering to portion control and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, ensuring all areas are sanitized and organized.
- Store or dispose of excess food in compliance with safe food-handling practices.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- ServSafe Certification is preferred or must obtain certification post-hire.
- Ability to lift and carry up to fifty pounds, as well as stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
