Job Summary:

The Visual Technician will be responsible for supporting the technical and operational needs of sound, lights, video, and backline equipment for music performances and events at Jason Aldean's properties. This role will involve working as a primary video operator, ensuring efficient and professional execution of events while maintaining a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all Front of House TV screens and video walls, ensuring correct images, logos, and channel changes are displayed.
  • Assist in stage setup and teardown as needed, and provide support as a stagehand when required.
  • Communicate and coordinate event-specific logos with venue management and report any incidents or guest complaints.
  • Adhere to all TC Restaurant Group Standard Operating Procedures and maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Non-Gaming Sheriff's Card and TAM Card are necessary.
  • Working knowledge of music, acoustics, stage lighting, and video engineering is required.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, and be exposed to day life/nightlife environmental factors.
