Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct criticality assessments of assets to determine which require evaluation for Risk-Based Inspection.

2. Possess a comprehensive understanding of refinery operations to effectively implement Risk-Based Inspection strategies.

3. Exhibit expert-level proficiency in Risk Assessment, Risk Ranking, and Inspection Planning.

4. Familiarity with various Integrity data management systems such as PCMS, Meridium, Capestone, Visions, and UltraPIPE.

5. Ensure compliance with QAQC review processes to achieve satisfactory scores.

6. Oversee all RBI configuration and data loading activities within PCMS.

7. Actively engage in data collection and analysis efforts to guarantee data accuracy and completeness.

8. Review all deliverables to confirm adherence to RBI processes and alignment with client standards and best practices.

9. Provide mentorship to team members to ensure RBI configuration is integrated into all initiatives.

10. Facilitate sessions for Corrosion Review, Risk Review, and Inspection Planning Review.

11. Address and resolve any gaps in the workflow related to mechanical, process, and inspection history data collection.

12. Define and establish consequence areas for use in calculations (inventory grouping).

13. Conduct risk analyses and ensure that outcomes are both practical and precise.

14. Mentor site personnel throughout the implementation of the RBI methodology.

Required Qualifications:

1. A degree in Engineering or a high school diploma/GED with a focus on Mechanical Engineering.

2. A minimum of 8-10 years of experience working as an RBI engineer within a refinery or chemical plant for an owner-operator company.
