Management Trainee Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Management Trainee program. As a Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop the skills necessary to become a successful Assistant Manager at Jimmy John's.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of a Jimmy John's restaurant
  • Learn and develop skills in store operations, customer service, and team management
  • Participate in training and development programs to prepare for promotion to Assistant Manager
Requirements:
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to handle fast-paced and high-stress situations in the store
  • Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision
Compensation and Benefits:

During the training period, you will earn a competitive hourly wage and have the opportunity to work 40+ hours a week. Upon promotion to Assistant Manager, you will be eligible for a full-time opportunity with a salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on overtime and performance-based bonuses. You will also be eligible for health insurance benefits.
