We are seeking a highly skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at CHRISTUS Health. As a Multiskilled Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for operating in two or more modalities within our Imaging department, producing accurate Diagnostic examinations and possible Interventional procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Competently operate in multiple modalities, including MRI, CT, Ultrasound, and Mammography
- Perform a variety of technical procedures requiring independent judgment and responsible for designated areas or procedures
- Coordinate and prioritize procedures to maintain high patient care and continuity
- Ensure accurate coding and entry of charges in the billing system
- Demonstrate competence with all age-specific groups and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology or equivalent
- Registered or Registry-eligible in secondary modality and complete requirements to become registered within two years
- Minimum of one year of experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
