**Patient Care**
Administer skilled nursing care to patients according to their physical and emotional needs in accordance with the medical plan of care. Document care provided in the electronic medical record during patient encounters and follow up with patients within 24 hours. Ensure patient safety and participate in the patient/family educational process.
**Medication Administration**
Administer medications per provider orders and perform other nursing procedures as directed by the Nursing Supervisor, DON, or other providers. Assist with other nursing duties as needed and assume responsibility for ensuring continued professional/technical growth.
**Float Position**
The successful candidate will float between sites and work where needed, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. This is a great opportunity for a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team and make a difference in the lives of our patients.
