We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Manager to lead our Women's Services team at TriStar Summit Medical Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical and operational oversight of our Women's Services department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices and quality care standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, quality metrics, and staff engagement.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and personnel management, including interviewing, hiring, and training new staff members.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and education programs to support staff development and patient care.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and hospital policies.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of departmental goals and objectives.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing required; Master's degree in nursing preferred.
- Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in the state of practice required.
- American Heart Association or Red Cross BLS certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
- Neonate Resuscitation certification required.
