We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aid/Caregiver to join our care team. As a Home Health Aid/Caregiver, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as personal hygiene, ambulation, and dressing
  • Prepare meals and snacks according to client instructions
  • Accompany clients on errands or medical appointments
  • Perform light housekeeping activities
  • Provide patient-specific activities, such as providing hospice supportive care, medication reminders, and assisting with range of motion exercises
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Hoyer lifts and personal care
  • Knowledge of range of motion exercises and companionship
  • Light cleaning experience
Compensation:

$11.00 per hour
