In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering essential speech and language services to students within educational environments, significantly enhancing their communication abilities and overall growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and identify speech, language, and communication challenges in students.
  • Design and execute tailored treatment strategies that cater to individual student requirements.
  • Deliver direct therapeutic interventions to students, either one-on-one or in group formats.
  • Work collaboratively with educators, families, and other specialists to facilitate students' speech and language objectives.
  • Track and record students' advancements, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Engage in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, contributing to the formulation of students' speech and language targets.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Possession of a valid Colorado state license or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
  • Experience in a school setting is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
