We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team at The Turn Restaurant & Lounge, nestled in the heart of the Kokopelli Golf Club. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate that leaves the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and specifications.
- Follow proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Contribute to menu development and recipe refinement.
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations.
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure gracefully.
- Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
