Job Summary

Take 5 Oil Change is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Lube and Oil Change Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers' vehicles receive the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Oil Changes: Drain motor oil, change oil filter, and grease chassis fittings to ensure vehicles receive the best possible maintenance.
  • Assist Customers: Help customers select the right oil type and other services, and process payments for services performed.
  • Maintain Shop Cleanliness: Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor, and ensure the shop, office, and bathroom areas are clean and organized.
  • Inspect and Top Off Fluids: Regularly inspect and top off fluids to ensure vehicles are running at their best.
  • Wash Windshields and Adjust Tire Pressure: Wash windshields and adjust tire pressure to ensure vehicles are safe and ready for the road.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
  • Reliable Transportation: You must have reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Ability to Lift 50 Pounds: You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to perform the duties of this role.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You must have excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
