Job Title: Medical Claims Processor

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Claims Processor to join our team at Lennar Homes. As a Medical Claims Processor, you will play a critical role in supporting the Director of Risk Management and Risk Manager in all aspects of the Corporate Risk Management program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and manage Workers' Compensation, General Liability, Property, Builders Risk, and Auto claims
  • Assist the Director of Risk and business teams in handling all claims throughout the country
  • Manage the activity of Third Party Administrators and/or adjusters on a daily basis
  • Evaluate and authorize claim settlements within given limits of authority
  • Communicate effectively with the Legal Department and business teams on updates, claim information requests, and recommendations
  • Prepare monthly claims reports and identify loss trends
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance or related experience
  • ~5+ years experience in claims management
  • Experience in Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Autonomy/i-Manage HP
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
