Route Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Route Coordinator to join our team at Jubilant. As a key member of our logistics department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of products to our customers.

This is a dynamic position that requires strong organizational skills, effective time management, and excellent communication abilities. You will be responsible for operating a vehicle to deliver products to various locations, assisting with delivery scheduling and vehicle routing, and responding to inquiries related to deliveries and routing.

• Operate a company vehicle to deliver products to hospitals, clinics, and other facilities as instructed.
• Assist in delivery scheduling and vehicle routing to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to deliveries and routing in a professional and courteous manner.
• May train, develop, and coordinate the operating schedule for other drivers on the team.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of driver experience in a medical or pharmaceutical environment preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test.
• Ability to operate a vehicle and maintain a valid driver's license required.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

This position is carried out in a pharmacy setting with travel to various delivery locations. You must be able to work long and unusual hours, including third shift, weekends, and holidays.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
