Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Specialist to join our team at the State of Minnesota. Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and diagnose patient needs, developing individualized nursing plans to meet those needs in coordination with the multi-disciplinary team.
  • Provide direct nursing interventions and/or delegate specific nursing tasks to appropriate staff, evaluating the effectiveness of the plan and the care provided.
  • Participate as an active member of the CBHH interdisciplinary treatment team and act as charge nurse when assigned.
Requirements
  • Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in Minnesota as a Registered Nurse.
  • Patient care experience within a mental health or behavioral health setting.
  • Ability to work effectively with others from different backgrounds and cultures.
