Key Responsibilities- Assess and diagnose patient needs, developing individualized nursing plans to meet those needs in coordination with the multi-disciplinary team.
- Provide direct nursing interventions and/or delegate specific nursing tasks to appropriate staff, evaluating the effectiveness of the plan and the care provided.
- Participate as an active member of the CBHH interdisciplinary treatment team and act as charge nurse when assigned.
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in Minnesota as a Registered Nurse.
- Patient care experience within a mental health or behavioral health setting.
- Ability to work effectively with others from different backgrounds and cultures.
- A competitive salary range of $39.30 - $58.16 per hour.
